PedraliNewHorizons presents the latest collections at Salone del Mobile
Pedrali was part of Salone del Mobile.Milano, the world's most important international design event, which will cross the 60th edition milestone this year.

Now in its 33rd participation, the Italian leading manufacturer of contemporary design furniture for contract and residential projects presents twelve new collections, resulting from meticulous research and collaborations with Italian and international designers, through #PedraliNewHorizons (Hall 6, Stand A23-B24), the setting created by the Milanese studio Calvi Brambilla.
Measuring 800 sq.m, the stand has a strong architectural appeal. Its single volume is characterised by longitudinal sections and slender, stylised archetypal columns with a graphical design marked by a terracotta-coloured band, reminiscent of the brand's communication which features discontinuously on the walls, as if to mark the horizon.
This element is then taken up on the inner walls and flooring, in continuity with the outside.
#PedraliNewHorizons thus becomes a strong element of communication, giving life to a physical and expressive framework: the new collections previewed at the stand are in fact the new horizons, the future direction that the company is moving towards, the projects that have been implemented, including - first and foremost - Pedrali’s progressive technological innovation and its commitment to the environment and the protection of the planet.
The stand comprises five areas distributed around a central courtyard, each characterised by windows with a view onto the horizon.
Inside, different shades of colour are used to symbolise various times of day, conveying the sense that Pedrali’s furniture accompanies us at all times: at home, at work and in our moments of leisure.
Taking centre stage in the spaces and forming the leitmotif of the entire layout, the new collections are placed on a raised platform and recreate Pedrali's reference worlds: a contemporary urban interior, a contract setting, an elegant lounge area, a Mediterranean terrace and a garden, which visitors can experience and explore casually.
The first room features a contemporary urban interior. Evoking the elegance of the Blume collection by Sebastian Herkner, the architecture is simple with elements such as the floor and wall in ribbed wood

Blume chairs and armchairs, also available in a lounge version, feature a sophisticated flower-shaped profile in extruded aluminium and a soft, generous polyurethane foam padding.
On the occasion of Salone del Mobile, the German designer enriches the collection with a new family.
Blume System is a furnishings that echoes the sophisticated flower-shaped profile in extruded aluminium.
Available in several sizes, the modules create a variety of configurations: from a two-level bedside table, to a three- or four-level bookcase system.
The structure on which the shelves rest is made of steel and is fastened together by means of aluminium castings, with no visible screws, so as to highlight the precious details of the legs while being both stable and durable at the same time.
The new Isotta lamps, designed by Basaglia Rota Nodari, hang from the ceiling to light up the scene.
A small suspension lamp made of aluminium powder-coated in different colours that draws inspiration from the shape of the headlights of early 20th century cars and stands out for its soft, enveloping shape.

Pedrali Lamorisse
The light is emitted downwards, through an opaline polycarbonate lens, and upwards, through a hole in the upper part of the diffuser, which emits a delicate light beam towards the ceiling.
The new Lamorisse seating collection by CMP Design takes centre stage in the second setting, reproducing a Mediterranean terrace, whose romantic, relaxed atmosphere is given by the shades of sunset on the horizon.
Lamorisse features an aluminium structure that makes it ideal for a waterfront veranda, shaded outdoor areas, for a poolside table, and even on a ship deck.
Its lightweight structure in extruded aluminium, with oval legs welded to round tube armrests, holds a large and enveloping cushion.
Moreover, the seat is supported by elastic belts that offer maximum comfort and strength which almost disappear to focus the attention on the cushion, consisting of multiple sections joined by a zip and folded to create a shell.
Lamorisse armchairs are arranged around Toa table, designed by Robin Rizzini, in its outdoor version. Lightweight and minimalist, this table is characterised by a solid die-cast aluminium frame and a top suitable for outdoor use.

Next on the exhibition route is a large elevated space decked out as a lush garden. With its rich vegetation, this area allows the visitor to wander in an alternative, almost enchanted dimension.
The sky in the background creates a striking sense of depth and a potentially infinite horizon, while the almost magical presence of a red house at the centre clearly references the brand's outdoor advertising campaign of the last two years.
Being aware that the line between the indoors and outdoors is becoming increasingly blurred, Pedrali has decided to dedicate this space to the presentation of its new outdoor collections.
The aim is to bring the same quality and care to the outdoors as to indoor furniture. Great attention is paid to materials that must guarantee resistance to weathering, ease of cleaning and durability.
The furniture designed for terraces and gardens features upholstery or fabrics resulting from careful research and providing the same comfort.
This is how Arki-Sofa was born, an outdoor lounge seating system that encapsulates the comfort and elegance of an indoor sofa.
Sofa and armchair echo the extruded aluminium frame and the linear, rigorous shapes of the successful Arki collection, first launched ten years ago.
Its geometrically shaped and generously thick cushions rest on a light structure supported by elastic belts.
The polyurethane foam padding with waterproof lining covered in outdoor fabric guarantees excellent performances in the open air. The seat is raised off the ground by stainless steel feet, while the backrests and armrests are characterised by distinctive teak detailing.
Through the presence of linear modules and chaise longues, with Arki-Sofa multiple compositions can be created to meet the needs of space and personalisation.
A piece of furniture whose very name evokes a relaxing, dreamy ambience is the new Reva Cocoon, by Patrick Jouin, the natural evolution of the Reva Twist sofa.
Reva Cocoon is a system of lounge seats for outdoor use: sofas made up of linear and corner elements and chaise longues, featuring striking backrests in stainless steel woven with rope in weather-resistant polypropylene.
The feeling of envelopment is enhanced by the soft cushions that rest on the structure and are available in different shapes: rectangular, square and round.
